Creatall Electronics established in Shenzhen on Nov 28. 2004, mainly in the business of electronics components. In 2009 the company passed ISO9001 and improved the product quality standard to fulfill the high-end requirements from our customers.

In 2012, Creatall Electronics moved to a new facility and expend the production capacity, the Productivity improved nearly 10 times than before.

In 2017, Creatall Electronics imported ERP (SAP) system to supervise order execution process.

In 2018, Creatall Electronics expanded the SMT, imported high-speed patch machine from Germany.

Until now the factory grows into a modern enterprise which integrated injection molding, PCB designing, SMT and other electronics module assembly services

Creatall is committed to provide customers with the top quality available today and in the future.We have professional QC technicians implementing the total quality control in every process, including Incoming Quality Control(IQC); I-process Quality Control(IPQC); Out going Quality Control(OQC),; Final Quality Control(FQC),; Safety and Reliability Test,etc,7s and visual management are carried out to make any possible problem visible and get immediate correction.

Test Center

In order to ensure the quality, for every newell, Creatall will do the safety test before mass production. The test includes: Free fall, impact, nail penetrating, Crushing Thermal shock, Projectile, Short-circuit, Overcharge & Overdischarge. Those test contents all passed, then cango to mass production.
